REGISTRATION

Can I change my employee information after my initial registration?
Yes. Once you login to your profile on our home page at www.cpdonlineu.com employees have the ability to click on "Edit Account Info" and make changes to your personal information.

How do I get help?
You can obtain help by using the support link on the menu, and sending a support request to us.

What happens if I forget my username or password?
If you cannot remember your login information, click
HERE and we will send that information to you to the email address you signed up with.

Can I view training programs using Netscape?
No, the training programs are designed for Internet Explorer, FireFox and Safari.  If you view training programs using Netscape the design and text in the program will not be viewable.

The videos do not play.  What do I do?
Make sure you have Flash on your computer. 

How do I get login information and a password to access my training?
Every branch has an administrative user that is responsible for setting up new users into www.cpdonlineu.com 

If you haven’t already been given the login information ask your supervior/manager to assist you with gaining access. 

How will I know when new training is offered or required?
If you have a Winroc provided email address, you will receive notifications of new training programs and requirements via email when the training is released. 

If you do not have a Winroc provided email address, you will receive notification of new training programs and requirements via your branch/department leadership.

What training is included in my profile?
Your profile is setup specifically to your division, branch, region and job position. This allows us to provide you with a custom learning and development solution to fit your development needs.

TRAINING

Does the site keep track of my training exam scores?
Yes. You can open and review any of your exams in your exam history. This feature allows you to review your results by category.

Can I review the exams that I take?
Yes. Our site keeps track of every exam you take, the answers that you select, and the scores for each exam. It also gives you performance benchmarks and let's you know how you are doing in all areas. 

Can I pause my exam, and come back to it later?
Yes. An exam can be paused at any time for later use. When you are ready to continue your exam, simply go into exam history, select your paused exam, and continue on.

Will I get a certificate for my completed training?
Yes, depending on the training program you successfully complete certificates will be produced either by your local administrative support or by the Human Resources department.

HERE and we will send that information to your Winroc email address or another email address you provide. If you do not want to provide a personal email address a password reset will be sent to your local branch administrative support. 

I cannot view the high speed version of training videos.
